LIPSKA 16 is a continuation of the assumption of "Lipska 4-6-8". The building was designed in a monochrome tone - white combined with shades of gray - giving the minimalist shape of modernity and elegance. The façade features a characteristic detail in the form of vertical grooves.
From the south, large loggias and regular balconies from the west, which together create a dynamic pattern. Bright, minimalist interiors of the common parts with decorative elements in the form of wooden lamellae are a continuation of the external grooves on the facade of the building.
