- the administrator of the personal data provided by me is Bryksy M2 sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Krakow, ul. Lipska 8, 30-721 Kraków, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division under the number KRS 0000307247 ("Administrator");- the provided personal data will be processed in order to present the commercial offer of companies from the Bryksy Group or for marketing purposes - depending on the type of consent;

- personal data may be transferred to entities providing the Administrator with accounting, IT, legal, postal and courier services, as well as other entities providing the Administrator with services necessary for its proper functioning and to the companies belonging to the Bryksy Group;

- personal data will not be transferred outside of Poland / EU / European Economic Area;

- personal data will be processed for the purposes of direct marketing of products or presentation of a commercial offer of the Bryksy Group Companies until an objection to their processing for this purpose by the provider is submitted, consent is withdrawn or until it is determined that the data has become obsolete;

- providing personal data is voluntary, the Administrator processes the data based on my consent;

- I am entitled to:

a) access your data and receive a copy of it,

b) request rectification (correction) of my data,

c) requests to delete data,

d) requests to limit data processing,

e) object to data processing,

f) data transfer (the data provider has the right to receive from the Administrator in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, personal data concerning him. The Provider may also order the Administrator to send this data directly to another entity),

g) lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority if it is found that the Administrator is processing data unlawfully,

I agree to receive commercial information from Bryksa M2 sp. Z o. O. Regarding the company's own products or other companies from the Bryksy Group by means of electronic communication.

I consent to the use of telecommunications terminal equipment by Bryksy M2 sp. Z o.o. for direct marketing purposes.

I consent to the use by Bryksy of telecommunications end devices for direct marketing purposes, i.e. to present the offer of the Bryksy Group companies by phone and by e-mail, in accordance with the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws 2017.1907 i.e. ).
